"We enjoyed a 5 night stay here. The location is close to the main train station and not too far from the colosseum. If you are good to walk the trevi is only 30 minute walk. We enjoy walking so found the location perfect, making some stops for food and drinks on our way to the different sights. The room was a nice size and cleaned each day. Air con in the room meant it was very comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Staff where great, anything we asked for they accommodated. Breakfast had a nice selection. Also having an outside seating area was great with the sunny weather. They also have the roof top bar which was a nice addition after a long day walking. Would happily recommend"

"this hotel is very good location wise, you have the trevi fountain there, the colosseum, spanish steps and are local to everything else. however, unfortunately we had very bad experiences with staff with two occasions where random men walked into my room as i’m getting ready for the day WITHOUT knocking ( which made me feel unsafe as well as my belongings with staff being able to walk in whenever they felt like it even with the do not disturb on). i did inform the lobby and they seemed to rub off our concerns and requesting no one to come into our room anymore. also, we work on the go so wifi is very crucial which is why when booking we make sure that the hotel offers wifi. when checking into out 4th floor the wifi in our room was not working, we had to call the front desk multiple and multiple times for them to either fix it or move us rooms in which they eventually switched us rooms after the 3rd day of us requesting for the wifi to be fixed. the rooms were cleaned but just many issues that caused us to be uncomfortable throughout the trip."
