"Amazing stay. Extremely clean place , very well done up , perfect location. Emanuele is the best- very helpful, was there for us anytime we needed anything. Very happy and grateful . Will definitely stay there when I come back"
"The host was very welcoming and lovely. Room was well equipped, modern and clean, Location was convenient for getting around the main areas of the city. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. Would recommend."
"Me, my husband and 1,5 year old daughter had an amazing room, lovely architecture and a nice bathtub and decorated according to the style of the room. Easy going communication, friendly and war people at the breakfast and very clean and fresh. Can highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay in Palermo!:)"
"Host and the other employees were great! Very kind and accommodating and able to help with everything we needed and then some. The location was great as well in the midst of it "
"We had a fantastic time there. Place has a unique atmosphere, clean, beautiful and Authentic. The staff is beyond helpful! Fabrizio was a gem! Totally recommend!!!"
"Host was attentive and helpful, as well as responsive. The room was immaculate, as was the property. Busy street and neighborhood, as the property is centrally located. Yet, the room sets back from the street and offers quiet. Great security and easy coded entry. Highly recommend. "
"Great room and its most amazing characteristic is exactly how close it is to all of the action. Absolutely everything from the sights, food, markets, waterfront were all walkable in 15 mins or less and owner/staff were super helpful and responsive and gracious."

"This is our second stay . The hotel has a great buffet breakfast with the option of getting some cooked per your request, ie omelette, fried eggs, etc.
The suite was quite comfortable, quiet and clean. The hotel is in the historic area and near many beautiful churches.
The reception staff as well as the restaurant staff were helpful."
"All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for an extra 55Euro paid direct to the driver which was well worth it. We were warmly greeted on arrival and given cold refreshments while our bags were taken up to our room which was ready early. The room was very ample with everything you might expect and more punching above its rating. Breakfasts in the morning were divine and very well organised. Try not to have too much so that you leave room for street food later! The recommendations for places to go and eat were all spot on including making bookings on our behalf. Thank you Nini, Andrea and Laura. An excellent location and highly recommended."
"The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff were always very helpful and kind. Great views of the neighbourhood and Monte Pellegrino from the rooftop terrace."
"We stayed as a family of four over two rooms.
Both rooms we clean, and well maintained, bathroom layouts were interesting in one room, and we were missing the complimentary wine.
Roof top terrace is awesome, very popular with non residents so book ahead if you want dinner, not advised at check in.
Parking 5 mins walk away, EUR25 booked by the hotel which was well received.
Managed to misplace a room key, and were unable to get a replacement, due to ‘system issues’ and unable to confirm if the existing key had been blocked.
Air-con worked and the hotel was just what we needed ahead of a flight back to the UK from Palermo."
"Perfect place at good price, all benefits of highest price hotels, as far as the room and hotel go. Noise reduction frames on the windows that work perfectly but you can choose to leave open or close, blackout fitted to frames and always on air conditioning. Very high standards that are not so common even in more expensive places.
Although there is no bar nor restaurant but there is a lovely breakfast room for guests who want to order breakfast. In-house bar and restaurant are not needed nor of any benefit, as you are just around the corner from the busiest cafe, restaurant street in Palermo. And a proper hotel reception, 24 hrs,
Thun famous ceramics shop just on way to central Palermo, you can walk to central Palmero in 10 to 15 minutes, well worth dropping by. A uniquely Sicilian Trend gear, T Shirts, hats etc. shop is just near the book shops, also a must. Both in strolling distance from the Hotel."
"The breakfast takeaway was bad had to buy coffee in lobby though paying full breakfast plan cause we had to leave early
They should have coffee and water free for customers arriving and departure"
