"Very convenient to have the connection to the mall. We were able to get to several shops in the area by cutting thru the mall, which was nice as we could often avoid the outdoor heat and humidity. Room is clean and super-comfortable. Also we LOVE both the food and staff at the Redwater Grille. Very impressed all around."

"We had a clogged washroom. The maintenance guy repaired it only to recur in half an hour. Since it was past 10pm, they provided adjacent room’s washroom instead of repairing at midnight. It was a good gesture, although a little inconvenient! And they are currently renovating the place."
