"Big hotel with quiet room. Bed on the harder side but we like it that way. Semi open bathroom which means a door to the toilet but otherwise open, with a wall to the rest of the room. Had a view towards the eastern part of the city on the 7th floor. Free parking and the garage is accessible from the hotel with a special elevator- good! The evening restaurant is small with a limited menu. Well located close to the Wittenberg platz with U-bahn connections and a few minutes walk to KaDeWe. Would definitely chose Riu again!"

"I stayed at the hotel for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The room faced the courtyard and was very quiet and light . The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast spread was very varied and delicious. The hotel is in an excellent, central location and is opposite the underground train. I can't think of any aspect of my stay that was less than wonderful."

"This is a great hotel, central to transport and shops. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great choice of breakfast and value for money. The only let down was the lack of complimentary beverages in the rooms. We had a kettle, sugar sachets and coffee. This is where tea drinks miss out. I had to take teabags from the restaurant to our room. Also had to keep asking for a jug of milk at the hotel lobby bar as again no milk for tea/coffee."
