Excellent boutique hotel. Wonderful hospitality and staff. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood although there is not much in the area especially after 5 pm. Good transport links but it's about a 30 min walk to the inner city. Room wise, we would have preferred a proper double/ king bed but it was actually 2 twins placed together. Good breakfast. Kumari at breakfast station was jolly and good spirited and was a great way to start each day.

Hotel is in a very convenient location. We managed to get to all the atrractions that we wanted to visit in less than 30 mins. There was a nearby tram station n subway station within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we came almost every morning of our 1 week stay. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job with tidying the rooms and reception staff would always greet you when you pass by. In the city's heart, this cozy gem is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. With friendly service and a homey feel, we loved the snack-filled pantry and indulged in delicious, varied breakfasts every morning!

Very clean and maintained place despite the age. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shopping and dining areas. Buffet Breakfast was delicious though not much variety.

This property was close to the main Vienna attractions in the inner city. A small hotel comparatively, but over 100 years old, hence is quite charming. Good for families.

Nice, big room. Soft towels. They also brought in a tiny Christmas tree/plant on Christmas Eve during their turnover service. Choc on pillow every day. Staff speaks good English and are kind. Brekkie spread could be better but if you love eggs cooked multiple ways, you will love the spread

A very pleasant stay overall and will recommend it. The location was excellent - 2 minutes walk to the train and tram, a good variety of food options and shops very nearby. The staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious with adequate options and we appreciate breakfast was available from 6.30 to 11 am. It was helpful when we had to have a much earlier breakfast before our day trip and also didn't have to wake up early while on holiday on other days just to have breakfast. The...
