"Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Bereits vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir den Vermieter per E-Mail darüber informiert, dass wir frühzeitig anreisen würden, und um eine Schlüsselübergabe gebeten. Trotz dieser vorherigen Absprache war bei unserer Ankunft niemand vor Ort. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass auch telefonisch niemand erreichbar war. Selbst nach zahlreichen Anrufversuchen erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung. Wir haben daraufhin Expedia eingeschaltet, deren Mitarbeiter...

"Overall nice hotel for the price, convenient location right next to the train station. Very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was pretty good. There is no door to the bathroom. I feel like there should be doors for privacy. Also, the internet connection was almost non existent."

"We loved our stay at the Hoxton. Room was clean, comfy, lovely decor. The whole hotel was lovely and cute with quirky decor. We didn't use the pool but went up for a look and it seemed great. The hotel is located very close to all the main tourist spots in Vienna- we were about a 20 min walk to most of the museums, cafes, restaurants. Perfect location for a city break. There is also a Gourmet Spar right behind the hotel which was perfect for picking up snacks, water, pastries, sandwiches etc."
