Great Value
This hotel is an amazing value. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast in each morning was delicious and the choices were many. I also enjoyed speaking with the staff each day.

Great location, accommodating staff
The staff was very accommodating (I arrived early due to taking an overnight bus and also let me check-out an hour late). The room was clean and had a nice bed with good pillows. Warning: not all rooms have outside windows. The breakfast was varied and accommodated a variety of cultural tastes. Its location was wonderful; easy to walk to many sites or cafés and right next to the airport bus stop.

Very friendly staff willing to help to the extent that I have not seen anywhere else. Nice breakfast and comfortable room, but TV did not have any movies on demand.

Good central location, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel premises are aged, with very few amenities. WiFi speed was slow but that could be a common phenomenon in Laos

Great Location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was more or less the same everyday. Depending on the person, this could be good or bad. I enjoyed the cook to order omelette and morning pho. I also enjoyed the morning cappuccino. What I didn't like was the unstable internet connection. Connection in the room was little to nonexistent. The only good place for a stable connection was in the lobby. I also didn't like that there were a lot of mosquitoes within the hotel and inside the room. I must have killed dozens inside the room but still got bitten as I slept!

Helpful, pleasant staff, clean rooms & good breakfast. Good location. I’m vegetarian & the lady who makes hot noodles was most helpful & showed me the dishes that I cld eat. Tq to all staff, esp Mei, the sweet young lady at the counter.

The staff, the location and the breakfast are good. However, the room facilities are not recommended. Water was overflowed at the bathroom and the ceiling was leaking on my bed....

I read so many good reviews of this hotel that I decided to give it a try. I reserved a three night stay and could only last for one night. First of all, the hotel claims 24hr hotel transfer ad from Hotels.com, I contacted the hotel and they said no hotel transfer and I would need to take a taxi. Second, there were lots I’d mosquitos flying inside the room upon check in. The water pressure of the toilet was non-existent. The hot water only lasted 5 mins on the shower. I could deal with everything but the WiFi signal was so bad it wouldn’t work in the room. Although, I paid in full for the weekend, I checked out and moved to a new hotel.
