The hotel smell smoke. 1st room had smoke smell. 2nd room less smoke smell. Hall way smell smoke. This hotel doesn’t enforce smoking policy. No water in exercise room. Men and women room in exercise floor smells bad

I like the variety of the breakfast selections. But the location of the hotel is really out of the way. The road in front of the hotel is under construction when I stayed there which is around March 20, 21. 2019. It was dusty and congested which cause some inconvenience to travel to the hotel. However, it was not the fault of the hotel, I should add.

High end option for posh backpackers + businessmen
High end hotel, and a landmark in Vientiane. Quite an unusual experience given the area in which it is located, but good value for money and an overall good venue.

Spacious room + bathroom, comfortable bed, nice view. Western breakfast choices were a bit mediocre. Really pleasant and helpful staff :) More of a 4-star, I'd say.

Hotel is great but NO to the spa and massage
Hotel was wonderful for the price. Location was out of the downtown scene. Don't use the spa and massage - it was the greatest disappointment of our visit. They don't know how to give a massage - all their scantily clad masseuse wanted to do was give you a body bath in the nude and maybe solicit more. Massage was a great disappointment

Convenient
The hotel is large, nice and new. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety. Something for everyone from every ethnic background. It is also an easy walk to the Thai conselate and to local restaurants.

good... but can be better
The front desk and all other services are very good but the room service is not 5 stars... For english there is no problem at all. There is one super-market close to the hotel and many restaurent. The spa is very relaxing, the sport area very complete, and the bar at the 25 floor is exceptional (very nice view). To finish, regarding the price and the range of this hotel (5 stars), we can expect more about the quality of the room service, and the design of the bathroom ...

Well what can i say booked this as rated at 5 star for our honeymoon but the hotel was operating when they clearly new it was still under constuction had to stop using air conditioning and resorted to opening the window as the room was full of builders dust and putting air con on made it worse the 25th floor restuarant was not finished still had thirty workers there the hotel is miles from main city centre there was no pool towels on our floor the lighting was off at night in lift area and i could say more but this hotel ruined our holiday

Need to improve services
It took me 4 times to change the access card on my room. (One replacement was for another guest). No hot water, no space to put soap/shampoo at the shower room. Breakfast is very limited. Receptions are Vietnamese while local staffs could not understand English. Beside that the room is new and comfortable.

brand new hotel with cheap furniture & smelly room
The hotel rated 5 stars, brand new, but the room is unfinished, smelly with super cheap wood pressed furniture. terrible experience, poor staff trying to comfort me, I would give it a max 2 stars. the smell of glue and pressed woods were so bad I could not sleep

Property not ready. No English. Still construction. One menu in restaurant!! No diet drinks. Missed picking me up at airport..................... They did try to recover but not possible. Though we had prepaid they gave us a credit. Great service for Hotels.Com to get credit.

This is far away from the city centre, The minimum I paid to go to the city from the hotel is 20000 kip. It's far away from everywhere.

Great hotel and staff - in spite of rude guests
I was there on business. Nice clean hotel, but I wish the breakfast also had more European/western food. staff is immensely patient: some Korean visitors were yelling at the reception staff 4 times during my stay, and the staff didnt shout back. If it was in Europe, those guest would have been thrown out. Way too polite staff! South Koreans really need to do something with their attitude. I have several South Korean friends and all of them are great people.
