Jimmy, Celena and Linh were outstanding. Happy to change our room after one night to give us a quieter room. Helpful with directions and always a lovely smile. It was our first visit to Vietnam and made a strong impression. We recommend the hotel highly. The location is also great near the smaller lake and a variety of shops and restaurants. Being a smaller boutique hotel was also a good choice. "
