"Por algum motivo, o registro da água das descargas dos quartos foi desligado no sábado, dia 25/01/2025, por volta das 16h e só abriram às 07h30 do domingo. Não tivemos um comunicado sobre isso e todos foram pegos de surpresa. Questionando na recepção, não souberam informar o motivo nem previsão para arrumar. "Staff is ultra-friendly. The area surrounding the main building is beautiful. They have a heated swimming pool, a lake with Koi fish, firepit, etc. All consumable items offered in the bedroom (chocolates, sodas, water, snacks) are included in the room fare, so it is all yours. "The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We brought our dog on the trip with us and they were very accommodating. Their food is outstanding. Besides breakfast, we had dinner at the hotel one night and they served the best salmon I’ve ever had. We will definitely come back next time we go to Campos do Jordao. "
