"Room was clean and staff was great"

"Staff was friendly and rooms were nice and big! My only two complaints is that the pullout couch was very noisy and when someone would move everyone heard because it was an open space. I also wasn’t thrilled to get charged to use pool and amenities in spa. As a hotel guest I feel like we should have been given a day pass at least once. "

"Great place managed by very helpful and kind staff. A very original Hotel. The reception desk is almost at the top level, and most rooms accessed going down, rather than up. Views of the bridge are awesome. Everything close by. The breakfast is varied and very very very good. We will certainly try and find a room here when we come back to Porto."
