"This was incredible. If you are looking for a 5 star resort this may not be for you , but if you want a real authentic experience with an incredible view , I mean incredible. (This is saying a lot as I am from Alaska and have a high level of expectation for views ) the family that runs the base camp and restraint were so sweet this was one of the most memorable stays I’ve had in my life. "What a great group of friendly staff! From arriving at the train station to be met by Ruben who took care of the luggage, got us into the bus and by the time we were up at the hotel our bags were ready for us. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony "our shaman". Took care of every detail and gave us a lot of historical information. Have to say everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were excellent and made our (short) stay worth it. Thanks to all!"
