"The hotel was in a great location and had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, convenience marts, and pharmacies within seconds/minutes of stepping outside. The cleaning could use some help, the inside of the wardrobe was very dusty and had “mold” like marks over the mirror, I ended up living out of my suitcase as I didn’t feel comfortable putting in my things. The hotel and amenities are a little dated, but it’s not like that can’t be seen in the pictures. I stayed in a single bed room, it was perfect for me as a solo person, but the shower stall is small (like very tight- I’m about average build at 5’3). Also I did not have hot water at all, so that kind of sucked. They lack to mention that their plug ins are the 3-hole ones!! So if you’re bringing an adapter make sure you bring a 3-prong one!! The electricity times out as well, so if you have the light on, phone charging, and the tv on, it’ll cause the electricity to go out and you’re stuck waiting anywhere from 1-2hrs. I know this is common in other countries I’ve been too, but a heads up would have been appreciated…. Breakfast was nothing special (eggs, Canadian bacon, pastries, cheese, meats), it was decent, but I appreciated all the friendly waitstaff. With that said, I did enjoy my stay and always felt safe, and would return here again. 7.5/10"
"Such wonderful, great breakfast; an adorable young man was running the restaurant/bar front all alone. I congratulate tne kit hen staff for supplying wonderful food. "
"A nice hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff.
The room was a good size but the furniture was a little dated and our room had a couple of slightly wobbly tables, but nothing seriously wrong.
A huge fully fitted bathroom with walk in shower, basin, bidet, wc and heated towel rail. Emergency pull cord in the shower.
Attentive and very reactive staff. A minor water leak was attended and repaired within an hour and a request for more room coffee was delivered within minutes.
The bar area was small and did not appear well used.
A small gymnasium was available.
The lifts are accessed via a small flight of stairs, but there is a single person wheelchair lift and a porter if required.
Many nearby restaurants, shops and bars. Very short walk to the Repubblica Metro station and bus stops outside the hotel. Public transport is ridiculously cheap using tap-in.
Overall, I would definitely stay again."
"Stayed two nights before moving into our apartment for 3 months. Small room but very pleasant! Staff was excellent and very helpful. Would stay there again for sure. Thank you!!!"
"The room was awful, there is no AC and the window would not open. The show was not usable. I could not get the lights to work when dark/at night. I requested another room and was ignored. I asked that no staff come into the room; 2 x staff did. My credit card was taken from bag and used. MY expensive brown leather bag was ruined when staff moved it onto cleaning chemicals or soap-water, saturating a corner of the bag. I hated this stay. WORST in Rome. The staff is RUDE and made anti-America comments."
"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was stiflingly hot, and opening the windows wasn’t an option due to constant loud road noise. The bed was extremely hard, and both the room and overall property felt run down and poorly maintained. There was also a nonstop blinking light inside the room that made it difficult to relax or sleep.
Service issues added to the frustration. Housekeeping walked into my room at 8:50am without knocking, which was completely unacceptable. When I asked the front desk for a corkscrew, I was told they didn’t have one available — a basic amenity I would expect from any hotel, especially one claiming four-star status.
The only highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which was genuinely good.
Overall, this is not a four-star experience — perhaps 2.5 stars on a good day. I would not stay here again."
"Very nice room with space to move around. Super clean! The staff was really helpful & kind too. It was right near the bus route which is how we ended up getting all around Rome once we figured it out, which was not hard. "
