"When I booked this hotel through Expedia, it was advertised as having a bar, restaurant, minibar, and room service. Unfortunately, none of this was available during my stay. There is no bar at the hotel, and after breakfast it wasn’t even possible to get a cup of coffee. There were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, despite the amenities advertised. The room window would not close properly, and the room itself was in need of a thorough dusting. I would also advise potential guests not to rely on the photos shown on the website, as they appear to be very outdated and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the hotel. Overall, I was extremely disappointed as the hotel did not match the description provided when booking. One member of staff in breakfast room was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. His name was Paul. Most of the members of staff were very polite and helpful. Think the owners of the hotel need to update and redecorate the rooms.. Maybe make the grounds more appealing... Otherwise it suited our needs...."

"I’ve been to the Malpensa Moxi and liked it before. I loved the setting of the lobby, bar and restaurants here room design could be improved since they are not very spacious. Maybe a smaller armchair would help. The only thing I didn’t like is that, despite being clean, the bathroom smelled even with the toilet lid closed. Maybe a sewage problem?"

"We stayed the night before our flight the next morning and check in was very easy, the staff was friendly, and the rooms and common areas were very clean. We parked a car with no issues, and we ate dinner in the hotel restaurant (in fact, it was one of our best dinners on our two week trip!). Would stay again."

"1-The toilet was touch the Bathroom wall which you can’t set ( have pictures if you need) 2- there was no fan as mentioned in booking and the weather was so hot so you can’t sleep and when asked the reception for the fan , they said open the window!!!. 3- there was any material for shower or to wash your hand good"

"Overnight business use airport stay. Lousy area around hotel however hotel was very good. Room was modern, spacious and well appointed. Decor very relaxing and bed was typical comfy Marriott style. We opted for dinner in the on-site restaurant ( as nothing else around visually) and were pleasantly surprised. Pasta and Club sandwich was fantastic and not usual heated up ready meal hotel offering but cooked fresh and to order.Breakfast was also very good, quality ingredients and selection. Highly recommended."
