Deeply appreciated the room upgrade with a stunning lookout of the grounds. Only wished the bumpin' music in the clubhouse (?) was a bit quieter during sleeping hours. "We didn't know much about the hotel or their philosophy, however it was beautiful, spacious, clean so many places to linger, play, relax or socialize. We wanted the free laundry and it was perfect! Great location across from the tram station and a beautiful park on the other corner. East walk to historic city center. Free blue line parking overnight just minutes away. Fabulous check n staff,.all around lovely atmosphere! Enjoyed our king bed, open windows and really nice shampoo/conditioner/lotion provided!!"

"Our air conditioner didn't work, so I wouldn't recommend this place for summer. We opened the window but that just lets in mosquitoes. That said, this is a great value place to stay in Florence that's central, with very friendly staff, clean beds and rooms. Sound-proof windows, too. It didn't block out the screaming teenagers, but that's not the hotel's fault. Just rowdy kids. We'd stay again, for sure. "

"Very friendly staff and breakfast had good selection! We had a flight at 7 and had to leave the hotel at 5am. We thought there was going to be no staff but luckily a guy was there to help us and had called us a taxi that arrived in 2 minutes. Room was nice and always cleaned everyday. We were left with cookies :)"

"Absolutely loved our stay here. Very safe walk to downtown Florence, approx 25 min walk along the river. They also offer free shuttle service which is nice. Great spa with included access to indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommend."
