"This isn’t a bad place but not really worth the money. Host can be pushy to want to up charge for silly stuff and property needs updates and love. Parking isn’t easy at all. I’d say your better at hotel cause here they don’t offer any room service and again property management sucks. "

Especially, the receptionist Mr. Massimo was very courteous, friendly and helpful to our family. when we need to extend our stay (because our children loved the hotel a lot) at the hotel he did immediately. The cleanliness of the hotel it is at highest standards for the 3 start hotel. Breakfast is very satisfactory with abundant of Italian "dolci." and endless choices of drinks (coffees). If anyone visiting Fiumicino, this the place to stay. it only 200 meters from the beach and all the restaurants.

"I stayed for a night on the way back from Rome to Philadelphia. Front desk is open 24/7. They have a shuttle to the airport starting at 6:10 AM. It costs about 10 Euros. If you want to leave earlier, you can order a taxi (the taxi charged the 3 of us 35 Euros). It is about a 10 minute ride to the airport. My room including the bathroom was large, modern and clean. Visit Via della Torre Clementina. This street is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there are several restaurants, a nice canal and great sunset views. It was a fantastic way to spend our last night in Italy."
