"Clean rooms. Location convenient for an early morning departure otherwise it was in an industrial neighborhood and the hotel itself is gated. Staff very friendly. Airport transfer easy to find at airport, timely and easy to set up. Beds comfortable and clean. Restaurant food was good as well. "

"It is a unique property; definitely a boutique hotel, which I prefer. I would recommend you ask for a 2nd or 3rd floor. My room on the 1st floor was right on the street with no privacy or natural light unless I opened the shutters. Also, I arrived by taxi at night. As we drove through the surrounding neighbourhood, the "historic" area was more ghetto than I expected from their photos. Many of the older buildings that would have been grand back in the day, are empty, in need of major repair. Certainly the Concha Y Toro had been beautifully restored, renovated! The front desk staff were wonderful, also. I did climb the stairs to their rooftop. Overall, a very pleasant stay.. the theatwas?"
