"The hotel is very basic, nothing around , you need to have a car if you want to eat something, they just have small cheap pizza and cheap empanadas, and they charge you a fortune for it, since there is not transportation they offer you a taxi service wich regularly cost 7 usd for a trip to my work and they charge you 23 usd , it’s a place I will never go back"

"Clean, good WiFi and friendly helpful staff on reception. There weren’t blackout blinds despite what the listing said and it wasn’t as nice as the photos on the listing (mine was a different room to those listed). Most disappointingly was the lack of communication after I arrived. I asked for
help with how to use the oven and had no response for the remaining 3 nights I stayed there so I was unable to use it. Location wasn’t the best for seeing the city in my opinion and walking to the metro didn’t feel overly safe."
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was immaculately clean and very well maintained. The staff were pleasant, welcoming, and always ready to help.
Although we did not speak Spanish, communication was easy because several staff members spoke some English. A special thank you to Victor, who went above and beyond to assist us. He was always quick to resolve any issues and helped us find our way around the hotel and the area.
The food was lovely, and all the facilities worked perfectly. We stayed during the winter, and the heating system worked very well, keeping us warm and comfortable throughout our stay.
Everything was thoughtfully put together, making for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."
"Good location close to bus station and alot of food options within short walking distance.
The surrounding area did seem a little dodgey but fortunately we didn't have any negative encounters compared to others.
Staff were lovely and courteous, often greeting guests passing through reception.
Breakfast, although limited options, was satisfying.
During our short stay we did have only 1 operating elevator, which was frustrating because it meant getting to our room 10+ mins later due to a que of guests needing the lift. Fortunately the faulty lift was fixed and it was smooth running.
The room we had, had a fixed shower head which was annoying because you weren't able to shower properly as the water falls directly to where the taps were.
Overall was a pleasant stay and would still recommend as an option."
