"Lovely clean comfortable room, very helpful staff, great breakfast and really nice pub."

"Perfect for staying"

"Lovely spacious flat in smart new development. Great kitchen, and decent bathrooms. Quiet and conveniently located for town centre and Edgbaston (which is why we were there). The area itself is a bit run-down and scruffy but Ubers easily available and took us everywhere cheaply enough. Very good value for what we got. Beds and bedding new but basic. But overall, great."

"The check in was chaotic, I.e. no room number or lockbox instruction until after check in time, then no key in the lockbox and no telephone number to call to discover what to do next. "

"A good stay....check in was a little odd...As I'd"

"Stay here alot over the years and it never dissapoints. Nice and close to walk to the hospital which is what we need. Lovely bar food and breakfast worth staying here.👍"

"Great stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean and beds comfortable, my only criticism is the rooms didn’t have a fan or aircon, apart from that, it’s a really nice quiet hotel, will definatley stay again."
