"Large and well-furnished apartment. Generally clean (bedding, dishes, towels, fridge) but details are a little lacking (couch had crumbs, corners dirty, etc). No air conditioning but a fan was provided."

"Beeping smoke alarm which we had to sort out ourselves, kitchen door off hinges, toilet seat not fixed properly , bathroom door handle missing I do not expect to have to go searching for the electrical fuse box to turn the smoke alarms on. Location was great for our family party in Digbeth, shower was brilliant, place was clean and was quite decent apart from the issues listed above "
