I stay here every year and we stay here. Has a kitchen, two beds in the room, a balcony, and a pull out couch. the tvs and wifi and pool the kids enjoy, and best of all its on the beach and affordable. Staff is nice and friendly and sociable housekeeping does their job and definitely there to help out. I Will continue my vacations here. My family loves it.

Great views from my ocean front. Perfect location. No issues parking and the check-in process was smooth. However, the bed sheets and pillow cases looked dingy. For the price you can’t beat this location.

The hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The service was terrible—no one was ever available at the front desk, no matter what time we went down. The beds were uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on wooden planks, making it impossible to get any rest. To make things worse, the place was filled with loud noises all night long, from slamming doors to guests shouting in the hallways. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I would never stay there again.

This property is not for families. I expense $650 for two days . Tryincancel but the owner “rules” don’t accept refunds. The sinks was broke ,I saw cockcranes in the drowns. Aren’t recommend this property for vacations.

This is the second year we’ve stayed at Marjac. It’s a nice cheap hotel. We’ve never had any problems the 2 times we’ve stayed here. I love the view you get of the sunrise and sunset over the water. The few down falls of this place is the parking, no actual blanket which we knew for this time around and brought our own and the pull out mattress was like sleeping on springs. We will be back again next year though.

Pros: Room was large Great view of Beach Great location shower pressure and hot water. Cons: room had closet with breaker box and dry wall on floor. (they should have this locked not safe for curious kids) Room only had sheets no blankets. noise level was horrible you can hear everything outside. one slow elevator for whole property. Balcony door was hard to close.
