Beautiful ocean front view. Efficiency room was large & well appointed. 2 queen beds & balcony w sunrise views over the ocean. Staff is great! Had some problem w the door locking to the hallway. Would definitely book this again! Quiet end of beach

they were behaving inappropriately in the room next to me. they smoked cigarettes and listened to loud music at night. I went to rest, but I interrupted the rest because it was not possible to rest. the attitude of the staff is sad. I asked for help at the reception, but nothing happened

My toddler and I stayed here for just an overnight last week. We absolutely loved it. It was the perfect spot for our little getaway. He loved the ocean view and watching the birds and surfers and the jacuzzi was so nice! There are about a million options for delivery to this location so once we were in the room we didn’t have to run out for anything. Add in the absolute steal of a price and you can’t go wrong. We had a great time!!

The oceanfront room was spacious and well appointed. Plus parking is free. Best place for the money on the boardwalk.

I read a few reviews before staying here. I still decided to book. I knew i wasn't staying on a 5 star resort. I was impressed by the friendly staff. The room was clean. The only thing was the toilet took a little bit to fill. I loved being able to get a bathtub right by the window over seeing the ocean/beach. The view was great and i had a peaceful time.

Would have been perfect except that I was directly next to a very loud couple having a really good time all night. As it’s not peak season, I’m not sure why my room was so close. Not as peaceful as I was hoping for. However, very clean, great location, nice space.

This property had the event " Beach & Bulls Rodeo" I was attending right on the beach at the property. The staff was friendly. Short walk to restaurants. We went to Watermans and Mauhis. Good food and service. I had the deluxe double kitchenette. It has a jacuzzi tub. We didnt use it but nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice size Ocean front balcony on the second floor. Real coffee cups, dishes and silverware microwave, fridge & sink. The shower had great pressure the tub was small but nice. The ac was less than I would have liked but, I brought a portable fan and opened the balcony door. Its early April so its nice and nippy at night. This is an older hotel with outdoor hallways. If you are a Hilton fan, you wont find extravagance here but, you also wont find the uppity attitude either.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay while in town for the beach Rodeo in which we watched from our balcony. The room was roomy and comfortable bed. Conveinent ro beach and a few good resteaunts. We will be staying again next year for the 2025 Rodeo.

Parking and location was perfect. Our first night stay was rough, as our air conditioning unit was not working, got up to 80 in the room. The following day, our room was switched. Besides that, perfect stay!

This was, by far, the BEST hotel weve stayed at in Virginia Beach. Its quiet and away from a lot of the main attractions, which is wonderful for families with little ones. The room was so spacious and CLEAN! OMG IT WAS SO CLEAN!! The staff was super friendly! We definitely will be booking here again at our next stay at VA Beach!! 5 Stars!!!

Staff was very nice and the Housekeeping of the room was very good. A couple of us had rooms and found that the doors don’t always close properly and required slamming. Also, in my particular room, the toilet tank leaked into the bowl causing the tank to refill every 15-20 min and was would wake us up from time to time.
