"When I first arrive I had checked in early. They was very helpful and let me do it free of charge. Took a shower and took a nap. Woke up used the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush. I let front desk know and they moved me to the room across the hall. Wonderful!!! I was there for 5 days. 4th day I took a shower and walked back in the bed area. Seen a black bug on my pillow. I instantly got pissed. Bed bug was on the pillow. Should’ve took a picture but I washed it off the pillow into the sink. I called my friend and she let me come to her room at another hotel that night. I went back to my room and packed but I’m not bringing them clothes into my house. Have to take them to a laundry m"

"Paid for 2 bedroom suite. What we got was a 1 bedroom with a second room that was connected in the same corridor. It did not work well for my family."

"Didn't really expect much based on the price but boy was I wrong. Right off the boardwalk, plenty of parking and friendly front desk, It's definitely not a Hiatt but it has it's own pluses. The room was pretty spacious with 2 doubles, a coffee maker, stovetop, refridge with a top small freezer and microwave. It also had a table with 2 chairs to eat at and a balcony to sit out on with great afternoon sun if you get a room facing the pool, which by the way looked great!. What it lacked in luxury it more than made up in comfort and practicality. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"The staff was very friendly and the balcony was nice but other than that it was terrible. The room was so old, out dated, smelled bad and felt gross. The sheets very clean but other than that there was a leak coming from the ceiling, the shower & bath tub were dirty and dingy and things were falling apart. I guess it’s what you pay for but I would strongly discourage you from staying here. You will likely regret it."

"I loved how it was right next to the Williamsburg Welcome Center. The rest of the Historic Triangle Area was within a 20 to 30 minute drive. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. As a solo traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Williamsburg or the Historical Triangle Area."
