"Wow. The beds and bedding were so comfortable that I ordered my own set while we were on vacation to be delivered before we get home. The room was clean. Loved the amenities and the front desk staff was kind."

"The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly especially the lady that worked in the breakfast area. She offered to help the customers and even gave advice on attractions."

"As longtime visitors to Visalia, it's delightful to see that this old place is being fixed up. Our family history with the Lamp Liter goes back decades, but we'd stopped staying here a few years back when it had really gone downhill. That's now ended, and she's being fixed up, one room at a time. We were comfy in our updated room and will definitely be back!"
