"5 stars as this hotel is so convenient and the people are EXCELLENT ! Each one of the staff knows what top class customer service is all about ! If I can suggest one thing -----> The Lounge food and beverage DEFINITELY needs improvement. The selection is too small... It falls short compared to the other hotel loungers we experienced. Also very IMPORTANT is to at least remind the guest that the breakfast downstairs at Feria is separate and for additional pay and not the same as the breakfast in the Lounge."

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, excellent service, 😊 Special thanks to Mr. Johnny Jontilano and the staff for taking great care of us and assisting us during breakfast.
