"Decent room. No real amenities outside the pool and hot tub. No available access tie the gym and no restaurant or food options. Definitely did not feel like a resort stay. "

"The room booked was not available. Our premium room with balcony had the view of a wall and was dark and depressing. The breakfast was never varied, with no microwave to heat up their basic food. The pool was missing an ADA required handrail. The staff was not friendly or compassionate. They charged a previously undesclosed $4 daily "parking lot maintenance fee. Carpets were stained everywhere. Decor and furniture is cold and cheap. A poor value for the money. "

"Terrible stay. We left halfway through our trip. I knowledgeable staff, and very I sensitive to our issues and concerns. No customer service, no closet, and smelly room. Not willing to make things right or give a refund for the night we didn’t stay because of a laundry list of issues besides what I said. Don’t waste your money on this crap hole!!!"
