The photographer did a really great job, because in reality it’s nothing like the pictures. The place is small, the garage is tight, the shower looked dirty. The room claustrophobic. The concierge was really nice and tried to help, but honestly that hotel it’s not prepared for a traveler that comes from a developed country. And that’s not me, I’m Brazilian. I’m talking about my wife

Muito bom!!!!

Hotel muito bom: grande, espaçoso, bem limpo e arrumado. O café da manhã é simples, porém bem gostoso. Excelente localização, próximo à restaurantes, bares, farmácias, mercado e ao shopping Vitoria. Tem estacionamento grátis no local. Ar condicionado antigo e um pouco barulhento. Excelente custo X benefício.

UMA EXPERIÊNCIA FRUSTRANTE!

Geralmente faço reservas neste hotel, considerando que ele está bem localizado e quase sempre a estrutura é muito boa para aquilo que precisamos… Porém, desta vez nos colocaram em um apartamento inferior ao que contratamos. Como chegamos já à noite e eu estava muito cansado não fui a recepção reclamar do quarto que haviam nos colocado, porém, arrependi, pois o ar não funcionou adequadamente e a estrutura do quarto era bem inferior ao que eu tinha contratado e a experiência que eu tenho com este hotel. Apartamento 902 não oferece uma boa condições para hospedar! Espero não passar por outra experiência semelhante a essa, pois foi decepcionante! É bom que os funcionários sejam orientados para evitar situações como essas, já que em hospedagem anterior solicitei que me mudasse de apartamento por ter acontecido a mesma situação. No café da manhã percebi que se existia uma única funcionária para atender toda a demanda do café e o hotel estava cheio, então, faltaram elementos essenciais para o café como até pratos limpos, e ingredientes estavam faltando com frequência… Vale ressaltar que a funcionária da cozinha nos atendeu bem, mas, ficou claro que ela estava sobrecarregada

RAZOÁVEL

A localização é perfeita, mas o hotel (Flat) necessita urgente de reformas. O apartamento era grande, mas muito judiado, um calor intenso na sala, mas só tinha um ventilador velho e barulhento. No quarto o ar condicionado é velho, barulhento e tinha uma fresta na parede onde entrava luz do sol, imagina com calor de 34 graus dormir com ar condicionado desligado por causa do barulho. O café da manhã também precisa melhorar.
