This is a great affordable Ibis, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted, we enjoyed the beach, breakfast was great and they had everything we needed. We spent just one night but I definately would stay longer if needed.

We had a great time. our one and only problem was we only were provided towels for Showering, but not for washing our face. It's possible it was just missed by the cleaning staff. On a positive, the staff was also super helpful and we would absolutely recommend this hotel.

This is not wonderful place. I found cockroach at my bed. I return to the lobby and request to change, they transfer me to more terrible room. Please , I’m expidia customer and this is not acceptable.

At the restaurant in the lobby of the hotel, I asked for more salad dressing for my salad and the waitress did not want to provide. First she stated that this was the standard amount of salad dressing put on salads and when I gave her push back, she went to the kitchen area only to return without salad dressing stating she was waiting on the cook to provide. 5 minutes passed and I still didn't have salad dressing so I complained again. She then went to the kitchen area and when she returned, she had half a teaspoon of salad dressing. Unbelievable! Customer service in the dining area is severaly lacking. If they're that skimpy on salad dressing, imagine what else they lack.

Ficamos hospedados 9 dias no IBis e nos surpreendemos muito positivamente. A começar pela localização, 10 minutos do aeroporto, perto de farmácia, restaurantes, sorveteria, quiosque na praia e alguns bancos. O check in, foi rápido e no horário já pudemos subir para o quarto. O quarto é pequeno, porém pra nós foi perfeito. Ele tem frigobar mas nós íamos no mercado e compravamos o que queríamos. O ar condicionado não era barulhento e não tivemos problema nenhum com cheiro ou vazamento. O banheiro tem uma ducha boa e eles fornecem shampoo e aquele sabonete pequeno. O nosso quarto era limpo todos os dias e as toalhas trocadas diariamente. Sem furo, mancha cheiro ruim ou algo do tipo. O travesseiro achamos um pouco baixo porém solicitamos mais um na recepção e nos foi entregue sem problema nenhum. Sobre o café da manhã, nós fechamos as diárias sem ele, mas alguns dias pagamos. Gostamos bastante. Os alimentos eram repostos rapidamente, frutas, frios, bolos, pães, pão de queijo, ovos mexidos.... Se quisesse algo a parte era só pedir a funcionária que eles faziam. Achamos bem completo e gostoso. O estacionamento não tem vaga fixa, mas sempre tinha vaga então foi tranquilo. O hotel não dispõe de área de lazer, mas está em frente a praia de Camburi, que é própria para banho e bem gostosa. Voltaria no hotel com minha família novamente foi uma semana maravilhosa!
