Mixed feelings

I first came to this hotel back in 2005 when it was part of the Mercure Group, and I immediately fell in love with the building, the staff, and the rooms. The location is perfect – just a one-minute walk to bars, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient. However, since the hotel disassociated from Mercure in 2005 and became Triangulo Apart Hotel, things have drastically changed. Unfortunately, the furniture and equipment in the rooms are still the same as they were nearly two decades ago, and there has been no evident maintenance done since. The cleanliness of the hotel has become a serious issue. Mold can be found in the fridge, the bathroom, and even in the shower tray. The small window inside the shower looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, making it quite unpleasant to use. The staff here gives mixed impressions. While some can be friendly and helpful, they are often absent and distant, making it feel as though they don't care much about guest satisfaction. The only positive aspect during my stay was the breakfast. The two ladies serving it were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making that part of the experience enjoyable. This isn't my first review of this place. Last year, I also mentioned that the room conditions were unacceptable, and unfortunately, nothing has changed since. My partner and I have decided that this will be our last stay here, as we will be opting for an Airbnb for our future visits.

Quando chegamos para o check-in por volta das 1h30 da manhã o recepcionista estava dormindo, na reserva solicitamos um apartamento o mais alto possível, e por isso ele nos colocou no 12andar. Infelizmente, o apartamento já estava ocupado, e tivemos que voltar a recepção, e fomos alocados no 7 andar. No dia seguinte este problema se mostrou providencial, pois o elevador ficou quebrado parte do dia e tivemos que descer pelas escadas para o café da manhã e depois para sairmos. Outro ponto negativo foi uma obra ocorrendo no outro lado da rua que começava as 7h30, até mesmo no feriado e no sábado. E pra finalizar, a noite precisávamos manter as janelas fechadas, pois um dos bares ao lado soltava a fumaça da cozinha de forma que o quarto ficava cheirando a batata frita.

A localização do hotel é excelente, proximo a muitos parques e pontos turísticos, e ao lado de bares, restaurantes e mercados. Só pela localização, já vale a pena. O hotel ainda tem um café da manhã justo, mas gostoso, e os quartos são bem grandes.

Hotel atende bem os requisitos de conforto, limpeza e manutenção. Quanto ao estacionamento é muito conveniente no próprio prédio . Café da manhã higiênico, variado, gostoso e muiiito bom e sai omelete da cozinha e ovo frito. Rooftop bem legal, piscina fria. Quarto standard muito apertado.
