"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Pillows. The hotel was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We also loved the cocktails at the bar โ definitely a highlight of our stay! Would happily stay here again."

"Det bliver nรฆrmest ikke mere centralt i Gent end pรฅ dette hotel hvor restauranten ligger lige ned til kanalen. Super god seng og virkelig pรฆne vรฆrelser. Den ene elevator var i stykker, hvilket skabte lidt kรธ, men ikke noget der รธdelagde opholdet. Parkering lige under hotellet, omend lidt dyrt, men det er prisen i Gent. Rigtig fin morgenmad i de gamle, historiske lokaler. Resten af hotellet er nyistandsat og super flot. Vi kommer gerne igen nรฆste gang vi skal til Gent."

"Emily checked us in. She was absolutely fantastic. She was cordial and engaging. She made sure that we had everything we needed. Throughout our stay, Emily was always available to help with anything we needed. The staff at breakfast was great. I would stay at this location again. I would not take the airport shuttle. Itโs too much of a pain. I definitely would Uber to the hotel. I Uber to the airport this morning. Best way to do it."
