"This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza in 2025, February 2025 and October 2025. I have also stayed for varying periods over the last 3 years. Two of my previous referrals stayed with me in October 2025. I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. I was delighted to receive VIP treatment on arrival. On checkout, one of your reception staff helped me with my suitcase as workmen on Floor 6 had closed off the main lifts. As a thank you, I gave her my ‘Mary’ dark chocolate truffle. Then your long-standing Concierge was my rock on departure. receive VIP treatment on arrival. He remained very calm and stayed with me until it arrived. The highlight for me on this stay was to access your magnificent bar! "This hotel is located nearby all your transportation needs, lots of shopping and restaurants and things to do I stayed here for two nights for the ATP tennis tournament. The rooms are spacious and very clean the beds are comfortable the heating great I love the deep bathtub. The staff are very nice and friendly the receptionist seems like the multitasking person and good at it wanted to watched the game and my TV was not working I let her know in the morning and left to go shopping when I was back TV working if I should come back for a tournament I will definitely be staying here for a three star hotel it’s great and I would recommend it "
