"Nicely decorated rooms, comfortable bed. Could offer more choice of eggs at breakfast (poached, scrambled). Was shocked to hear from the waitresses that if you want another cup of tea/coffee or even water with breakfast, that you have to pay for it! "
"Probably one of the best Best Westerns I have stayed in.
Modern, comfortable rooms with great amenities.
A lovely restaurant area with great food and staff! "
"The food was beautiful, always well presented and delicious. Even the breakfasts were well presented plentiful and great choices.
The hotel is an old building with lots of original features, tastefully made up to date.
It is a hotel with a choice of various beautiful en suite rooms and some wonderful views of the beautiful golf course the hotel stands on.
It is a golf resort and spa hotel. The golf rates and buggy hire are very reasonable and the spa offers so many different treatments.
The hotel also has a well equipped gym and a lovely pool which guests can use during their stay. The pool has a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna too. It is a wonderful place to stay and well worth a visit, you won't want to go home. "
"I arrived late in the middle of the night due to my work overrunning and a long drive up the country and the staff member was really nice and had my room key sorted all ready for when I got there."
"I had two rooms booked - a twin for one person and a superior double. Both excellent. Gripe for the superior was about a half an hour to run a bath and no Wi-Fi :( possibly due to location at the back of the hotel. We were there for a family 90 th nearby so it was a great opportunity to stay. Accrington was £6 in an uber. Disappointing though to have to pay a tenner if you want to use the pool :( gym free mind.
Overall though a great hotel and thanks for the late bar. Our tariff was RO so didn’t try brekky but a very decent stay in this area. Our room was cool despite hot weather so that was good though the windows did open and not too darn the ground floor to be unsafe so defo a dec place to stay thanks. "
