"Rooms were lovely and had a calming atmosphere. Appreciated that they had hot water kettles and mini fridges in the room as well. It’s an active hotel, lots of guests in and out but stil feels relaxing. We primarily rented for location of the beach and the pool. Pool was pretty crazy though. Near impossible to get a chair to sit which was challenging. Great food options and easy to snag a Lyft or uber. Arlene was great at touching up our room each day. Great care overall. "

"We reserved a room in the Ocean Tower because we wanted to wake up to the ocean every morning. The view of Diamond Head and the surrounding beaches did not disappoint! The Pacific Tower is further back and still offers views but not directly on the beach. The room was comfortable and clean upon arrival and housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping our room clean during our stay. The location of Outrigger Reef is amazing - walking distance to the main strip on Kalakaua Road where you'll find an abundance of restaurants, stores and souvenir shops. The hotel staff were always pleasant, helpful whenever we had questions and accommodating. I would not hesitate to book a room at this hotel again. Fantastic!"
