"This was our second stay here and we enjoyed the experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located for airport, eating and going into Hilo town. They were accommodating in getting us a first floor room, since my wife has arthritis."

"Nice hotel with easy fast check in, staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Room was very clean and big compared to the other near by hotel. The free parking is a plus, although it fills up fast in the evenings, you will still find a stall. There is a wonderful park near by and overall very quiet place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
