We stayed for only one night but we were happy with the hotel. Check-in process was quick; front desk staff was super friendly. We booked a room for four which had stairs. There was a portable heater at the lower floor which worked great and managed to warm up both floors considerably. The bathroom was a little small, but not a big inconvenience for a 1-night stay. The staff were friendly and nice - and we greatly appreciated the dry room that was available for use in October (we were also the only ones using it and there was sufficient room for my group of 6). There was also a common kitchen and dinning area, that had a kids area with toys for children to play. I stayed in the Backpacker Double room with shared bathroom. The room was spacious enough for me as a solo traveller but might be a bit too cramp for a couple. The shared bathroom and kitchen was clean. The kitchen has all the things you would need. The hotel is also a few minutes walk to the walking tracks.

Friendly owner who kindly allow us to check in earlier than the stipulated chk in time. Nice modern room, ample parking lot, big common kitchen.
