Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
一泊の値段の安さに釣られて予約しました。 別館と言われる一階の101号室に案内されましたが、部屋に冷蔵庫無し。 自炊できる食堂に冷蔵庫があったので、コンビニで買った朝食用の水やゼリーを入れました。 次の日、食べようと思い冷蔵庫を開けるとありませんでした。 夜寝ていたけど、二階でドタドタ歩く音が響いて ぐっすり寝れませんでした。 フロントに連絡したけど、マネージャーよ社長に報告しときますの一点張りで 何もしてもらえず。 部屋の変更のメールすれども返事無く。 残りの日数分をキャンセルして別のホテルに泊まりました。 こちらのホテルは、二度と使いません。
