"The room was comfortable, large, and clean. It has air conditioning which was essential for us as there was a heat wave. Large bathroom. Outlets at bedside. Nice amenities. Coffee/Tea/water/cookies in room. There is a small fridge but it wasn’t very cool. Lovely view. Friendly staff. Nice lounge and bar. The restaurant was being renewed so food options weren’t great. But future options should be wonderful as a Gordon Ramsey restaurant is in process. Hotel is central to everything and area is...

"A perfect room for visiting Bath. The room was very large well decorated and very comfortable. The host Richard was a Joy very attentive to any of our needs and full of interesting stories. Breakfast in the dining room was something special complete with a spectacular dumb waiter. We will certainly be back!"

"Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! "

"This was a beautiful, unique 220-year-old flat that provided a comfortable and clean stay for my family of six. We loved the location and accommodations our only disappointment is that we didn't see a ghost 😉. We would 100% stay here again. It was lovely."
