"The hotel was very clean, offered great amenities and a perfect location. The staff were very helpful and accommodating."

"There is plenty of things to do outside of the hotel. The town has cute little shops and a great breakfast place. Lots of historical sights. Where the Revolutionary War battles took place in Concord to grave sites. "

"Not a great stay. Showed up to find my pre-paid reservation was not honored, but they were kind enough to put us up in the lesser hotel across the lot at the same price. Half painted walls, light fixtures not working, power outlets hanging out of the bathroom wall. Saturday breakfast was to be open until 10am. We arrived at 9:25 to find the sausage and meats gone, two scoops of potatoes left, one scoop of eggs left, and no yogurt left. Nothing was refilled. Toast, bagels, and cereal only. Long story short, be wary of staying here if you don't arrive early or wake up early. They might not have your room or breakfast you paid for, just apologies."

"The toilet didn’t work and the room had mice and ants everywhere. There was mold on the ceiling as well as bed bugs. It’s nasty and they tried to say we were stealing when we paid. They’re ridiculous and full of immigrants who speak no English "

"Great atmosphere, quiet and clean. Had major elevator issues, with only one of three running while hosting at least three NCAA teams. Our hot water in the bathroom sink was shut off due to a leak—nothing unworkable, just annoying. Overall a great stay. The lounge was nice—drinks were overpriced as you would expect. "
