"Our room was just fine, plentiful quality towels. Pillows were great. We did not eat at the restaurant due to other activities but I did attempt to order some food and the host manager went out of his way to help me make that happens excellent customer service. Great coffee and fruit downstairs at 5 am. We always look for a Kimpton Hotel in our travels because we know they strive for good service and extras."
