"The room and view were super nice. Even with not being on the waterfront side of the build we werent disappointed. Check in staff could be nicer but the bar staff was excellent. "This is a beautiful hotel that has old charm with modern amenities. I love that there a several options for food in the hotel and lots of great businesses and blue line access near by. The room wasn't huge but it was beautiful, comfortable and the beds were absolutely wonderful. A small complaint for me would be that do I wish the pool was larger. The roof top bar is absolutely stunning with amazing views. I would have to say that the very best part of our stay had to be the staff. Every staff person that we interacted with was just beyond lovely and helpful. That alone would make me come back and stay here. Highly recommend! "
