"Excellent stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The area felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Their excellent service made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"I booked three rooms at this hotel for a speacial occasion trip to celebrate a graduation. At check in I asked if one of the rooms could possibly have some kind of view of the city. I was quickly told it was not possible as the hotel was sold out. I was very sorry that out of the 100's of rooms in the hotel they could not have accommodated even one of the three rooms booked and the check in clerk was not friendly about it. For this reason and the overall appearance of the hotel I would not recommend it. I gave it some 4 stars because the bell desk and the valet were cordial. But next time I'll stay somewhere else."

"This hotel was very nice. We liked the room, the pool, the bar area, and the location on the Chicago Riverwalk. My only complaint was that each day during our stay we had to contact the front desk in order to have enough towels or coffee for all three of us."
