"Hotel was nice to stay but their organisation is terrible. They didn't have our reservation booking so they gave us a room on the spot. They also didn't give us room service. Highly don't recommend their suggested tours. The tour was rushed, unclear and tour guide was super rude and unprofessional towards foreigners. Will never return back!"

"The place is a true secret. Everything was great and it is a bit far from the city so quiet and in the middle of nature. Easy Didi ride. Bed is comfortable with a cozy room and nice super hot shower. Perfect for a get away! The tour guide Sud was also awesome so he can drive you arouns if you decide to go on a tour."

"The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them.
The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night. "

Toothbrushes, and shampoo for for adult and child was a nice thought. Right next to the pedestrian street but not noisy. Free washer use but the dryer is wonky. Still loved my stay"
