Pala Casino Spa And Resort

"The building, room, and amenities were all clean and well maintained. The pool area was a great place to just relax and enjoy a few hours. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating. We asked for extra pillows and they were very prompt and courteous providing them. Although all eateries were not open we were well taken care of at the Pala Cafe."

"Very happy with my stay! I arrived after the office had already closed. I called the number on the door and spoke with a very friendly staff member, who gave me instructions on getting the keys - very easy! Clean room with fun decor, and it even had a back porch. Super cute place. Highly recommend checking out the large metal sculptures throughout the area - and stargazing as well. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The inside of house is beautiful, cozy. We had the smallest room i think, (serenity) we are young 50s. The bed seemed like a full, mabe a queen but seemed small. It was about 3 feet off ground, the bath tube was a bigger step over than normal. And toilet was on the tiny side. Shared kitchen beautiful and well equipped dining table with beautiful view. Pool table in living room, lots of board games. Nice big lounge deck with bbq grill. Nice place to star gaze. Out side decking could use some tlc. We had a great time. Defiently recommend. Last time we came to Julian we stayed in town. This was a nicer experience for us.."

"Dear Zorro Resort, Your staff was extremely helpful and very friendly during our stay. Shout out to the front desk and maintenance for helping us move to a new room. The AC unit started leaking due to the extreme heat outside. There were circumstances outside everyone’s control due to the extreme heat. I appreciate Justine for being really nice and supportive. The best part about this place is the 24hr pool access!!!!! The whole resort is a trip. In addition, the Yoga classes are spectacular during the weekend. The bartender at the Fox Hole was really friendly and made me a delicious margarita. If you love wedge salads… this place is for you!!! The dressing was delicious. I highly suggest to pair it with the Salmon. The Stargazing area was so cool and I loved seeing all shooting stars. Overall I’m very happy with my stay. We are thinking of coming back Labor Day Weekend. Looking forward to seeing you guys soon."

"Unfortunately I had not previously heard of this casino hotel. It was a late night and last minute decision to stop and stay the night. How lucky were we they had a couple rooms for us. This hotel was extremely nice and clean. Since we were just passing through we did not get a chance to take advantage of the casino. I would definitely come back and stay again."
