Great place to stay, easy access to the local restaurants, walking distance to them,to clothing and food shops, banks/exchange places, pharmacies. Great view from high floors on to the new part of tow. Convenient location to get to the old city and most of the site-seeing places in the capital.

What we did not like was that we were not aware in advance, that the room was not serviced on a daily basis, but by request only. The mattress was on the hard side for our comfort. The air-con left as lot to be desired, as did the water pressure in the shower. On the plus side, the room and bathroom condition was good, as was the breakfast, which offered a wide selection.

The cleanliness of our room was horrible. I doubt that cleaning team does the job good. We were moved to another room because of this. The breakfast was also not good (surprisingly). The area around is quite nice, with different places to eat.

Have stayed about 10 times in this hotel. It was nearer a 3.5 star and better than some 4 stars I have stayed elsewhere in Europe. I noticed on this occasion small economies have been made, like no water in the rooms, rooms cleaned on request, and cut backs on the breakfast options. Ie no bacon. Colleagues stayed at the near by Mecure were given bar vouchers if they opted not to have rooms serviced. I still feel it’s a good hotel in comparison with some, but often it’s the small things that make a difference.

Very helpful front desk staff..Has breakfast..a restaurant..sale of snacks..quiet...temperature a little cool but I was given a heater to make me comfortable..just note ; 110 v elect.not available..nor 2 pins western elect sockets..will need adaptor for phones and transformer for laptop..

The good: Staff was very nice and friendly. Area around the hotel is very good and has a large number of dining options. Room was large and clean. The bad: Breakfast did not have a lot of variety and was the same every day. Coffee was very bad. Rooms have very little storage space and there is no mini fridge. There were constant problems with elevators.

The hotel location was great, walking distance to Warsaw historic district and main museums and easy access to public transport. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. The breakfast was low quality for a four star hotel.
