"I have to say this was the best sleep and most comfortable hotel bed I have slept on in a long while. We were not staying at the hotel to hang out in the hotel, just to sleep and watch TV at bed and in the AM. I have stayed in many national chains that charge top dollar and I have had difficulty sleeping due to the bed discomfort. The room was clean but a bit dated with some wallpaper peeling and stains on the ceiling. The TV was dated with the inability to connect to Netflix. Having an in room coffee maker would be a plus and upgraded TVs in rooms would be nice as well. We didn't bring our kids but I know in the past they always like hooking up their x-box or jumping on Netflix. There were individuals that live there due to whatever circumstance they were encountering in life; however, they did not make any disturbances or have any negative impact on the stay. My wife at first had reservations, but this was a well run facilty, helpful staff in the AM and the PM. Having top hotel brands surrounding it, the 50$ less a night made it perfect, especially when we were there to sleep as the sleep and the bed was magnificent. Well run family business and if you are just looking for a comfortable bed and a good sleep then this is your place. If you need fancy vases and chandeliers then look elsewhere."
