I had booked this place as it was conveniently located for my needs. The positives: very quiet, spacious and a short walk to public transport. The negatives: very dirty (sticky and filthy floors, chairs, sofa and very unhygienic kitchen and bathroom) and pretty tired. TV channels not working, the same with Netflix. I reported the TV situation but it was not fixed during my stay (nearly 3 weeks). They did send cleaners to improve the cleanliness. Exposed electrics in the bathroom, which doesn’t make you feel safe. It’s a shame as it could be a great place but it needs a different management company.
