"The place was great but the bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on since it was just a box spring and uncomfortable. I had to use pillows to sleep on to make the mattress softer. If they changed out the mattresses for something of a Marriott quality it would be my go to hotel when in Md?"
"Very clean and staff is pretty helpful. The dining options there are lacking. The room size is deceptive since the toilet is almost in the shower and the comfort of the beds is less than desirable. Would be a nice budget hotel but for the cost it is definitely worth another look."
"I wasn’t aware that Expedia bookings were treated as “2nd Class Guest”! And do to ‘overbooking’ at this hotel our first nights booking was occupied , by a non-Expedia booking, hence we were routed to another hotel for one night for our two night stay. Causing us an unexpected inconvenience. Other than that the staff & hotel was great. "
"Very expensive hotel; not any options to dine except for hotel restaurant and room service. Hotel was close to National Monuments (within walking distance). Employees were helpful and the room we stayed in was comfortable."
"Central location also means lots of noise. Windows aren’t well insulated so lots of street noise and bathroom shower is quite small. Gym is a small afterthought space with dated equipment "
"The room was very small. The cleaners took my charger thinking I checked out early. Parking was $60 a night in the closest garage. The front desk told me it was $20. No complementary breakfast."
