We arrived and checked in. We parked at the underground parking only to find out the elevator was closed. Drove up to drop our things off at the entrance then back to park. The receptionist could have told us beforehand. The receptionist never smiled nor was kind. This is not the job for her. I asked ...

Excellent bar area, rooms exceptionally clean, staff very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was when I booked through Expedia, it said free breakfast...but the breakfast is not free!

Hamilton Hotel Washington DC
Room had mold cracks and bubbles in ceiling carpets were gross and baggage staff and carts were totally unavailable at check in no doorman this hotel has gone way down in quality I’ve been staying here since 2016 will never go back after this past stay.
