"The hotel is right next to Uno Station, and having a convenience store nearby made it extremely convenient. Everything in the room was high-quality and thoughtfully selected, with a great sense of style that made the space feel very comfortable. The staff spoke excellent English and provided warm, polite service. The nearby Tama no Yu onsen was amazing and truly one of the highlights of the stay."

"The room was oddly shaped like a L and the toilet was one step too elevated to be safe. Nighttime toilet visits could get dangerous if you misstep in your sleepiness. The room opens up into a narrow corridor with the bed right at the end in a bigger space. Other than that, the location is splendid and shopping/food is readily available nearby, in fact BIC is just below the hotel. Good for a night's stay. Hotel staff are very helpful and speak English well. Pls continue with your excellent service. PS: To enter the hotel, turn right at the junction when you cross over from the train station and go round the building until you arrive at the hotel lobby. "

"Excellent value! Given the competitive price, it’s almost unbelievable that it’s so well located - walking distance to the train station and also a comfortable stroll along the shopping arcades to the Bikan Historic Quarter. Room is clean and comfortable, I slept very well. "

"The staff were welcoming and accommodating from beginning to end. Each day our beds were reset to our individual preferences and all the toiletry amenities were topped up with a fresh bottle of water per person. The view of the Valedrome stadium + timing of the race and weekend activities made our stay top notch! We just missed the public bath house but loved that it was part of the amenities available to hotel guests, along with bike rentals. The Forq was also a great restaurant /lounge space to come back to on our three day experience in Tamano. Overall- highly recommend to anyone visiting Naoshima and Teshima to anchor here! "

"Great hotel a few meters from Bikan Historical Quarter. Good standard size room, staff polite and professional, the onsen is a plus. The breakfast spread could be improved by providing more choices for western guests. All that rice and fish were too much for the western taste. A cereal or yoghurt wouldn’t hurt. "

"Excellent experience staying here. Staff spoke good English. Breakfast was amazing, and you can even choose from Japanese or Western. It came as a set. The onsen is pretty decent. As a spa hotel, look out for its full repertoire of bathroom provisions which even included moisturising milk! Oh, they even had samurai props which you can use & take photos with! Definitely value for money & a wonderful experience!"
