On the day of arrival, while we were downstairs for dinner after a long flight, the staff entered the room for turn-down service — and 1000 Rand went missing from my bag. Instead of taking the matter seriously, management simply offered me a drink as compensation, which felt dismissive and completely inadequate given the situation. "We couldn’t operate the guest stove, no instructions were give on arrival. Secondly we needed to call the owner to show us how to operate the TV including WiFi connection."
