Convenient location, easy access to Waterton National Park. Complimentary breakfast included, however quite basic compared with most other breakfast options available in other hotels. Property is quite dated, and upgrades recommended going forward. Overall, met our basic needs and was more affordable than other options in Pincher Creek.

Decent enough value. Noisy air conditioning. You will need ear plugs. Pet friendly but my dog is cleaner than most guests so the extra charge is always hard to stomach.

There was hair on the bed. The inner ream of the toilet was filthy. The shower head was dirty and the black mold on the walls of the bathroom were so obvious beyond the poor attempt to whiten them

the staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast had very few choices and did not have anything for people with dietary restrictions. Could use an extra ice machine as it is located on the 3rd floor.
